HCVMS Holiday Bike Parade at Cocoa Riverfront Park

On a crisp and cool holiday evening, dozens of bike enthusiasts gathered in Cocoa Village for the annual Christmas bike parade. The excitement was palpable as participants decked out their bikes in all sorts of festive decorations – from tinsel and lights to Santa hats and reindeer antlers.

As the parade got underway, the group rode several laps through the charming streets of Cocoa Village, spreading holiday cheer to all who saw them. Children and adults alike watched in awe as the colorful procession passed by, and many even joined in the fun by walking alongside the riders and cheering them on.

Despite the pandemic, the parade went off without a hitch, as participants adhered to social distancing guidelines and wore masks to keep each other safe. It was a heartwarming sight to see so many people coming together to celebrate the holiday season, even in the midst of such trying times.

As the parade came to a close, participants gathered in the town square to exchange well-wishes and take a few group photos. It was a truly memorable experience, and one that will surely be remembered for years to come.

Overall, the holiday bike parade was a resounding success, bringing joy and cheer to all who participated and watched. We can’t wait to see what next year’s parade has in store!
