Wildlife and Art Immersion (education, hike and experience)
February 26, 2023 @ 9:00 am - 11:30 am
Enjoy a unique experience of art and wildlife immersion. We will start the morning with a presentation by artist, Matt Moore, learning about how he brings nature to life in his artwork. Matt will share tips on ways to focus nature observations on traits or behaviors to paint a picture in your mind, helping you see more than just the species.
Following the presentation the group will enjoy an open air air walk to see some of Matt’s creations. After being immersed with art, we will experience the sights and sounds of nature on the hiking trails and strolling around the native plant & butterfly gardens. Sketching supplies will be available for anyone interested in trying their hand at artistic expression while enjoying wildlife around the property.
